VBCD-SE-FL pilot operate overcenter valve with double balance valve based on steel body

We define a counterbalance as a weight or force that offsets or mitigates another weight or force. In essence, a counterbalancing system incorporates various types of springs to take the effort out of lifting and supporting a lid, pass-through countertop, cover, or electromechanical equipment

This counterbalance effect is achieved by the pilot-operated relief valve sensing the pressure at the actuator's inlet side and modulating the flow through the check valve. If the pressure exceeds a predetermined set value, the relief valve opens, allowing fluid to flow from the actuator's rod side to the tank, thus preventing the load from free-falling or the actuator from running away.
